Returns Policy

At KitchenKoncepts, we are committed to providing high-quality products sourced from trusted manufacturers. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, we will promptly replace it or offer a full refund. We understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order or return an item. To ensure a smooth process, please retain your receipt and the product’s original packaging. Refunds will typically be issued via the original payment method.

Steps to Process a Return:

1. Contact Us:
   Reach out via email info@www.kitchenkoncepts.ie, telephone +353 (0)47 84344, or the contact form. Provide the following details:
   • Description of the product(s) being returned.
   • Reason for return (e.g., faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or incorrectly ordered).
   • Date of purchase and invoice number.
2. Return Authorisation:
   We will respond within 24 hours with a return order number, which must be quoted in all correspondence.
3. Return Requirements:
   • If the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange for a carrier to collect it.
   • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging (opened is acceptable).
   • All instruction manuals and spare fittings must be included.
   • The return order number must be clearly visible on the packaging.
   • Goods must be unused, in a saleable condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
4. Return Timeline:
   Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
5. Refunds and Replacements:
   • If the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
   • If the item is not faulty and has been correctly supplied, a refund will be issued minus the cost of collection (equivalent to the original delivery charge).

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods and will be issued via the original payment method. In certain cases, a handling fee may apply (see full handling policy).

Important Notes:

• Do not return items without prior agreement and a valid return order number.
• Items returned without authorisation or a valid reason will not be processed for a refund.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned goods arrive in the expected condition.
